This Acceptable Use Policy sets out activities that are prohibited on the AI Workforce Africa platform. It supplements the Terms of Service.
1. Lawful use only
You will use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable Zambian laws, including tax, labour, anti-money-laundering and data-protection laws.
2. Prohibited activity
- Processing payroll for fictitious, "ghost" or non-consenting individuals.
- Uploading malware, worms, viruses or other harmful code.
- Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the Service without prior written consent.
- Circumventing authentication, rate-limits, RLS policies or any other security control.
- Attempting to access another Customer's data.
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service without a written agreement with us.
- Automated scraping or bulk export beyond ordinary product use.
- Using the Service to send unsolicited bulk email ("spam") or to harass any person.
3. Security research
We welcome responsible security research. Report vulnerabilities to security@workforceafrica.live. Do not exploit findings, exfiltrate data or degrade the Service. We will acknowledge reports and work with you in good faith.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and reporting to the appropriate authorities. Where damage is caused, we may seek recovery of costs.
